FlowBatch Terms of Service
By installing or using the FlowBatch Chrome extension ("FlowBatch") you agree to these terms.
What FlowBatch is
FlowBatch is a browser extension that automates prompt batching inside your own Google Flow account. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Flow and the media it generates are subject to Google's own terms and policies, which you must follow.
Plans and payment
- During the launch period all accounts are unlimited and free. We may end the launch period at any time; existing accounts then get a short unlimited grace window and a notice inside the extension.
- Outside the launch period, new accounts get a short unlimited trial, then a limited number of free prompts per day.
- Pro is a paid subscription sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, taxes and invoices; we never see your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. Contact flowbatch267@gmail.com if you need help.
Acceptable use
- One account per person. Do not share sessions or attempt to bypass plan limits.
- Do not use FlowBatch to break Google's terms, to overload Google's services, or to generate content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, tamper with the extension or the server, or violate these terms.
No warranty
FlowBatch depends on Google Flow, which can change or restrict its service at any time and may stop FlowBatch from working. FlowBatch is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, account restriction or other consequence arising from your use of FlowBatch or of Google Flow through it.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
