FlowBatch Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-17

FlowBatch is a Chrome extension that batch-runs prompts inside your own Google Flow tab. This policy explains what the FlowBatch licensing server collects and why.

What we collect

What the extension sends where

The extension runs inside your own Google Flow tab. Your prompts, reference images and generated images or videos are sent only to Google, exactly as if you had typed them into Flow yourself. They are never sent to our server. Generated media is saved locally by your browser to your Downloads folder.

The only things the extension sends to our server are your sign-in token, the number of prompts in a batch, and how many of them failed (so unused prompts can be refunded to your daily quota).

Why we collect it

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and processed by Cloudflare Workers.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, except:

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Daily usage counts are deleted after 60 days. Rate-limit and technical log rows are deleted within days.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing flowbatch267@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with. You can also revoke the extension's access in your Google account permissions.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
